Review of Zuii organic lipstick & a promotion
I love the organic makeup range from Zuii Organic. My favorites are the liquid and creme foundation as well as the blush, which I’ve been using daily. Recently, I had the opportunity of trying Zuii Certified Organic Flora Lipstick in Sugar Plum, compliments from the Australia company. Abbi of Zuii had informed me that their lipsticks are very moisturizing and having tried one now, I have to agree.
Brilliant color with full coverage
The first thing I noticed about the Zuii Certified Organic Flora Lipstick is the brillant color. Sugar plum is a pretty color but it’s so rich, a little already gives a full coverage. In fact, I had to be careful not to apply too much or risk having my lips become the focal point. I also did not need to apply a lip balm prior to using this lipstick as it contains a number of nourishing oils such as sunflower oil, castor oil and jojobal oil. It gives shine on its own and I didn’t need any more gloss for that purpose too.
18 shades with organic and natural ingredients
Zuii Organic Flora Lipstick comes in 18 colors; from light natural shades all the way to classic red and a dark cranberry. It contains the following ingredients: Caprylic Capric Triglycerides, Sunflower Oil, Castor Oil, Jojoba Seed Oil, Carnauba Wax, Natural Beeswax, Soribtan Olivate, Honeysuckle Flower Extract, Candelilla Wax, Tocopheryl, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Aloe Vera, St. Johns Wort Extract, Rose Damascena Flower Oil, Palmarosa Oil, Geranium Flower Oil, Orange Peel Oil, May Contain – Ci 77491, Ci 77492, Ci 77499, Ci 77742, Ci 77019, Ci 77891, Ci 75470.

You can read my review of the Zuii Organic Floral Makeup range to find out about their performance. I kind of like the Zuii Organic Liptint despite the powdery texture, which Eric said could be due to the shimmery mica. The product gives good coverage and sufficient shine and it is not sticky at all. So definitely something to consider if you’re in the market for an organic lip product!

I love the packaging and the nice shade! looks too dark on tube but just right on lips ?
It does turn out nicely on the lips. I just have to remember not to over apply!
Looks like something that I would like. I hate all the fuss of putting lip balm, then lipstick and gloss. Probably will drop by the store soon! Thanks for the intro.
Great! Remember to mention Viva Woman if you’re planning to get the liptint too.
I will look for these online as I am in the States…I’ve been looking for a great organic lipstick and lip gloss…Thanks for posting!
By the way, I really love your blog design. How did you do the header? It’s very unique!
You can order from Zuii organic website – link given at the top of my entry. They ship international.
Oh thanks! I drew this on Illustrator.
Lip balm can be so sticky and gooey. Good lipsticks are hard to come by but this one looks great! Nice find!

Suggest you contact the company directly through the link I’ve shared in the entry.
I would like to know if Zuii lipsticks contain any animal by product.
Appreciate yr early reply.
thank you
Mrs Mahfudz,
Most definitely NOT an animal by products. Our cosmetics are certified to 95% organic by the USDA. That means Zuii qualifies as food grade and makes Zuii unique among cosmetics.
Zuii has had USDA revoked. Not food grade as you can’t eat the chemical ingredients and have to ask serious questions
